Check how the queue works, ask politely about waiting and reschedule. Daulet is the patient; Aigul works at reception.
How the language works
Sızden keiın means “after you”: sız takes ablative -den before keiın. Kütuım kerek pe? means “Do I need to wait?”: kütu + -ım refers to my action, kerek expresses necessity and pe makes it a question. Auystyruğa bola ma? asks whether rescheduling is possible: auystyru + -ğa + bola ma. It does not mean the change has already been confirmed. Ask how this clinic handles appointments and walk-in queues.
